The partners will are holding three Skills Shadowing workshops in this activity, one in each of the boat building companie’s boatyards.
In December 2023 the German and French partners travelled to Spain and visited the boatyard of Nauta Morgau in Felanitx/ Mallorca.
In May 2024 the Spanish and German partners travelled to France and visited the boatyard of Innovation Yachts in Les Sables d’Olonne/ France.
In December 2024 the French and Spanish partners will travel to Germany to the boatyard of Greenboats in Bremen/
Germany.
Workshop #1 Mallorca - Spain
Kick-off Meeting
The partners met at Sea Teach office first to get to know each other, understand the project goals, activities and indicators to be reached.
Workshop at Nauta Morgau
In a next step, partners moved to Nauta Morgau’s premises to learn about the sustainable materials and methods they use, the process of building its ecoboats, eco skills and a SWOT analysis with the challenges and benefits of running an eco-boating company
Workshop #2 Vairé - France
Workshop at Innovation Yachts
In May 2024, partners visited the new-built boatyard of Innovation Yachts in Vairé, France. Partners learnt about the different eco materials and methods used by the organisation, emphasizing their Key material, Volcanic Fiber
